Creating an Analysis for a Property
To begin analyzing a property, you have two options. You can either click the blue "Create Analysis" button on the overview page, or you can select "Analyzer Templates" from the sidebar. Both methods will allow you to create a detailed analysis of the property.
After clicking the "create analysis" button, you will be prompted to give your analysis a name and select an analyzer template. These templates can also be accessed by choosing "Analyzer Templates" from the sidebar. The selected template may require additional financial documents, such as a rent roll, which you can upload to Parse and integrate into your analysis. Once the analysis is created, it will be saved in the analysis tab of your property page for future reference.

Upload Property Documents
Easily upload essential property documents by simply dragging the files onto the documents page or by clicking the "add files" option located below the blue "Create Analysis" button in the top right corner.
